We will update you the tracking information of your order to the same email that you filled out when placing your order. This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email, so don't fret if you find your tracking information doesn't populate immediately upon getting your shipping confirmation email. You should see tracking events within 24-48 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment centre of your online shop.

For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later.

If you don't see movement in your shipment status after a certain period of time after receiving the tracking information, don't fret.
This does not mean that there is no movement on your package. It simply means that your order is being shipped, and is on it's way to your destination country. Depending on the shipping method, there may be no additional opportunities for updates throughout the order's journey until the package lands at a port in the country it is being shipped to.

We recommend usage of every other day, up to 3 times per week for the first two months for up to 30 minute sessions at a time. After the first two months, it is okay to dial down the sessions to twice per week thereafter. You'll notice that the colors of the foot bath aren't as pronounced over time, which is an indication that the detoxification is running its course. We also recommend replacing the array once per month if usage is at least 2 times per week. If using once per week, once every two months is sufficient.
This is a safe therapy for anyone over the age of 2 years old, except for those who wear a pacemaker or have seizures. This is suggested therapy for people who have accumulated many stored toxins and are not able to get rid of them efficiently, due to overworked liver, spleen, and kidney functions. This is especially recommended therapy for those who take a lot of medications. The ionic detox foot bath does not eliminate beneficial medications from the body.
To those who are affected by diabetes. The ionic process does affect blood sugar levels. With that said, we advise those with diabetes to be sure that they have eaten before initiating an ionic foot bath.
The Ionic Foot Bath should not be used by individuals who are epileptic, hemophiliacs, or those with a pacemaker, implanted organs, or on blood thinners. It should also not be used by children under the age of 2, or during pregnancy or lactation. There may be other situations in which you should not use this unit. Please consult your health care provider if you are uncertain.

Initially, you can rinse your array with very warm water and pat dry with a towel. However, as the elements become pitted from use, putting into the dishwasher may help, or following this piece of advice below:
Dip the array in a solution mixture 1 part vinegar to 2 parts warm water for a couple of minutes. Then brush the array to remove access particles and rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
If you are using the foot bath in a professional setting, we would recommend the use of a good disinfectant cleaner rather than the steps noted above.
If the array itself is properly cared for, it will last 20-30 sessions. The generating rods in the array will eventually lose their effectiveness after approximately 20-30 sessions. They will eventually lose their conductive properties and will need to be replaced. You can purchase a new set of arrays from us.
It is normal to feel a slight tingling sensation during a session, but if you experience uncomfortable tingling or itching, this is an indication there is too much salt in the water. Try using less salt on your next session. Too much salt will not alter the effects of the session, however; increasing the salt also increases the amperage of the current. Too much salt can result in overheating the power unit, causing it to shut down. The power supply will not resume operation until it has fully cooled down usually in about 25 minutes. As per the operating instructions you should begin with about 5 inches of water and start with 1 scoop of salt. If you prefer, you may increase the amount of salt, but not to exceed 2 scoops. After you have operated the system several times, you will know how to set it up for each use.
We recommend using permanent marker to mark the water level at 5 inches if you are using a tub that is not already marked. This will ensure the same results each use with the same amount of water and salt added.
